Pour un concours avec comme thème : l'autoportrait japonais


Je voulais représenter un mélange du japon d'antan et celui du 21ième siècle, plus tourné vers celui du 21ième car la tradition des geisha par exemple se désagrège comme la peinture sur le visage. & une noirceur d'âme (les yeux) pour traduire ce que certain appel le mal être des japonais : les jeunes cherchant par tout les moyens à trouver leur propre identité en s'évadant dans des "univers parallèles"

For a contest : Japanese autoportrait

I wanted to represent a mixture of the old Japan and the 21st century, more turned towards the 21st because the tradition of the geisha for example disintegrates like painting on the face. & a darkness of heart (eyes) to translate what some people call "le mal-être" (sorry I dont know how to translate it) of Japanese: young people seeking their own identity while escaping in “ parallel universes”

(hope the translation is understandable :s)
